So, what's included?

Included in every monthly plan is the following:

• The EZ-Merchant system with secure login
• Domain name (unless you choose to pay for your own separately)
• Hosting account with 250 MB space (can be increased)
• Detailed site visitor and search engine statistics every month
• Three (3) hours of training and support per year (additional support available for a fee)
• Unlimited email accounts (if we provide domain name)
• Real-time store statistics with charts
• Free EZ-Merchant system upgrades
• Free site & database backups (upon request)
• Paperless invoices in PDF format (we care about the environment too!)

Your bill will remain the same throughout your entire contract. We will not raise your monthly rate at any point for any reason during your contract. You will always be billed $50.00 CAD per month plus applicable taxes.

Furthermore, your website is a business expense. period. We are a registered business and provide all of our clients with monthly invoices in PDF format. You can claim your website as a business expense when it is time to do taxes.

As for payment, we take the following methods of payment at the present time:

• Bank deposit/transfer
• Online Email Interac Money Transfer
