Our Agreement

The EZ-Merchant system is a complete business solution that is designed to provide you with a full-service, complete website solution for your business. We are more than your web service provider. We build long-lasting relationships with all of our clients and we base our success on your success. We will do everything possible to help you reach your goals and we know that our clients will do the same for us.

Our contract

We don't believe in fine print. Our agreement is simple and affordable. Our terms are:

Each account signup is a monthly plan of $50.00 per month (plus applicable taxes) for 36 months. There is a $200 cancellation fee within the 36 months and a non-refundable $100 development fee due upon the time of signing. This development fee covers your first monthly fee and the installation and setup of your hosting account, domain name, and website theme.

WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY TRANSACTION FEES FOR YOUR STORE! (unlike many of our competitors)

You will receive 3 hours of support and training per year plus free upgrades of our EZ-Merchant system when periodic updates/upgrades are released. You will receive a contract by mail that describes your monthly plan including all details mentioned above. This is to ensure that your low monthly rate is secured and will not be raised at any point during your contract.
